Perfect location, quieter end of city and very near train station. Great room, perfect for us, everything we needed. Communication was also spot on with everything.

As I was travelling in my own it was better than expected. Very often single rooms are a tiny afterthought, but this room was a great size for just a couple of nights. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The location is great with easy access to transport, food and entertainment. Everything is walkable so much so that we didn't have to rely too much on public transport although the tram stop is literally at the door step. The complimentary coffee/tea at the lobby is very much appreciated too. A great pick-me-up before a day of sightseeing. The staff are friendly, accommodating and they even allowed us to check-in early which we were very grateful for.

The best was the staff. Really friendly folks that always received you with a smile and were willing to help. The location was also pretty great, especially if you arrive via train like we did, since it's at walkable distance from the Central Station. Finally, the Nespresso machine in the room was also a nice touch.

So close to everything! We didn’t use any transport as everything was in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is coffee and diffused water in reception you could help yourself too 24 hours a day. Check out was at 12 which was great as it’s usually earlier in other hotels.

Good location near loads of good restaurants and bars and local tram and rail links are really good short walk away from the main drag. Comfortable bed and peaceful no noise.

To begin with, the front office staff were very very efficient and obliging - you certainly have a nice team! The room was very comfortable. The room & bathroom and infact the whole hotel was well maintained and absolutely clean - the service of the house keeping staff is commendable. The breakfast was a bit lacking - it was the same spread every day and personally none of it was appealing to be honest. However, I would recommend this hotel anyday, without batting an eyelid, as I had a very very pleasing experience staying there. As for the location, for my requirement, the location couldn't have been any better and in general I would say the hotel is in a good location as it is minutes away from the Central Station and also with a tram stop just outside. Furthermore, not only is it conveniently located, I personally felt that the neighborhood was also very safe. Great Location! Great Atmosphere!! Great Service!!!
